1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

✔ The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
✔ The item must be in original packaging
✔ Tags and labels must still be attached
✔ The return request must be made within 7 days of delivery

Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be eligible for refund or exchange.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased during sales, promotions, or clearance

  • Products bought using discount codes

  • Accessories (if applicable)

  • Damaged items caused by misuse

  • Items missing original packaging or tags

3. Return Process

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • Processing time: 5–10 business days

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

If the refund is delayed, please contact your bank or payment provider first.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

  • Defective

  • Damaged

  • Wrong size delivered

  • Incorrect product delivered

6. Order Cancellations

You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing the order.
Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable

If the return is due to our mistake (wrong item, damaged item), we will cover the shipping costs.

8. Lost or Damaged Returns

We are not responsible for:

  • Lost packages during return shipping

  • Items damaged during return transit
