Return & Refund
At essentials-clothings.co, your satisfaction is our top priority. We stand behind every product we sell — from our bestselling essentials hoodie and black essentials hoodie to our essentials t shirt, essentials sweatpants, essentials tracksuit, and essentials shorts. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to make it right.
1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- All original tags must be attached and intact
- The item must be in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided
Please note: Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or returned without original tags will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender at the customer's cost.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances:
- Gift cards or store credit
- Items returned outside the 30-day return window
- Items showing signs of wear, odour, staining, or alteration
3. How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at shop@essentials-clothings.co with your order number and reason for return
- Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions and a return address
- Securely pack the item and ship it using a trackable method
- Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days
4. Refunds
Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving and inspecting the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect
- If you received a damaged or wrong item, we will cover the return shipping cost in full
5. Exchanges
We are happy to offer free size or colour exchanges on the same product, subject to availability. To request an exchange, follow the return process above and specify the replacement item you need. We will ship the exchange at no additional cost once the original item is received.
6. Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at shop@essentials-clothings.co within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer you a full replacement or refund — whichever you prefer.
