1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order is dispatched.

Please note: Processing times may be longer during sale events, holidays, or periods of high volume. We will notify you promptly by email if any delay is expected.

3. Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $200 USD. This is automatically applied at checkout when the qualifying order value is met. Free shipping is available to most domestic and select international destinations.

4. International Shipping

We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and processing fees charged by the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. We have no control over customs policies and are not responsible for any delays related to customs inspection.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking number and a direct link to monitor your shipment. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to activate on the courier's platform.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We are unable to accept responsibility for orders delivered to an incorrect address supplied by the customer. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at shop@essentials-clothings.co — we will do our best to update the address before dispatch.

7. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for updates. If there has been no movement for more than 10 business days (domestic) or 20 business days (international), contact us at shop@essentials-clothings.co and we will investigate with the carrier.

8. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please photograph both the packaging and the item and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will work with you to arrange a full replacement or refund at no extra cost.
